Ykxbattery is a professional lithium battery manufacturer specializing in the R&D, manufacturing, and sales of rechargeable battery cells and battery packs. Our main product range includes high-rate lithium polymer batteries, FPV and UAV batteries, RC racing batteries, high-energy semi-solid-state battery cells and packs for industrial UAVs, and car jump starter batteries. Our solutions are widely used in drones, RC models, intelligent robots, automotive emergency starting systems, and other industrial and consumer electronic applications.

Strong Production Capacity
With years of experience in the lithium battery industry, Ykxbattery operates multiple cell manufacturing and PACK production facilities and has established an integrated manufacturing system covering cell R&D, production, PACK assembly, quality inspection, and finished product shipment. Our Dongguan cell production base has a production capacity of approximately 600,000 cells per day, while our Hunan battery production project has a capacity of approximately 400,000 units per day, providing strong support for stable volume production and timely delivery.

Professional Research and Development
R&D is one of our key strengths. Our founder has more than 20 years of experience in the lithium battery industry and leads an R&D team of over 100 experienced engineers and technical specialists. Core team members have participated in drafting technical requirements for lithium-ion battery packs for unmanned aerial vehicles and have received provincial and municipal science and technology awards. The company also holds 5 invention patents and 15 utility model patents.

Manufacturing & Quality Control
For manufacturing and quality control, Ykxbattery adopts advanced automated production and testing equipment, achieving an automation level of over 95%. Standardized cleanrooms, MES traceability for battery cells and finished products, and a QMS continuous improvement system are applied throughout the production process to ensure product consistency and reliability.

Obtained Various Certifications
Ykxbattery has obtained ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management system certifications. Our products are supported by numerous certifications and test reports according to international standards and requirements, including CQC, UL, TUV Rheinland, CB, CE, FCC, KC, and UN38.3, depending on the specific product and project requirements.

OEM/ODM Customization Services
We provide flexible OEM/ODM and customized battery solutions, including customized voltage, capacity, discharge rate, dimensions, wires, connectors, and battery pack structures.
